Avanti/Centurion Compatible Remote

Fantastic product, I've been to major retailers to buy replacement remotes with build quality far less this then this one only to fail after a couple weeks, and that was paying roughly 4 times the amount of this remote. Ironically was at a shop B******* where a man was wanting to return his remote as it didn't work I simply referred him to your company. For the same price to change my batteries in the OEM remote I can get a better designed and highly functional piece, will definitely be chasing this seller for all my future needs.

I'm a senior and could not understand the directions. I can use a computer, smart TV and smart phone confidently but the 'easy' instructions were beyond me. My new remote is useless. I'm sorry for the roasting but you did ask
