Baker's Rolls "Brötchen" (5 pack)

I feel like I am back in Europe in the bakery shops. The taste is out of this world and yes not bloating afterwards as they utilize the correct yeast fermentation process. Will be asking for weekly subscription!

I lived in Germany for seven years, from 1983–1989, and one of the simple pleasures I never forgot was a warm, fresh Brötchen with butter. After returning to the United States, I missed authentic German Brötchen for many years and honestly wondered whether I would ever experience that taste again. Then I found The Brot Box. I was so hopeful that I ordered 50 Brötchen, and I am incredibly glad I did! My order arrived beautifully and carefully packaged with cold packs, and everything was in excellent condition. I placed the packages in my freezer and now bake just a couple whenever I want them. The first time I baked these, the aroma and that first bite immediately brought back memories of Germany. The outside becomes wonderfully crisp while the inside remains soft and delicious. I sliced one while it was still warm, spread it generously with Irish butter, and I was genuinely in heaven. I discovered that I don’t even need jam, meat, or cheese—a warm Brot Box Brötchen with good butter is perfection all by itself. Finding these after so many years has been such a wonderful treat. This wasn’t simply a bread purchase for me; it brought back a taste and memories of a very special chapter of my life. I found these easy to slice in half and freeze. They were just the right size to pop into the toaster and heat for sandwiches. The crust comes out crunchy and the rest is soft and warm. They are my favorites for quality and convenience. I'm hooked!
