Great Content, Poor Narration Choice

I suppose this wouldn't apply to people new to MH, but hiring a different narrator was a poor choice. I enjoy Hyatt narrating his own books. I think it has more impact even if a professional narrator may be more polished. The narrator of this book is so different from the rest of MH audio content that it doesn't fit the brand. The narrator is completely professional, but it makes for a dispassionate read of important stories. I hope next time if MH cannot do the narration that it's assigned to one or more of the other people making audio content for the company. Wishing I'd bought the physical book.

Excellent, Michael really delivers with this title! It's short, too the point, and provides simple solutions that are easy to start implementing right away. I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase and I have also purchased No Fail Meetings.

Love the Digital Package - Book, audio, and tools

I love audiobooks and this is my primary way of “reading books.” Having the book on my Kindle where I can go back and highlight is a plus. Each chapter ends with a practical summary with actions you can take right away. Communication tools are helpful and easy to adapt to use and apply into my workflow.
