A Gem of a Lens!

good but...

ok its a good lens and for 200 its very nice. not really any different in effects then most of the other 12 lenses i have from them. i mostly got it for two reasons. 1) a small "pancake" lens which would give me a nice focal effect. and 2) the lens would mostly be normal unless wanting to use the effect. i wanted super simple w out having to carry around other lenses. neither or those were what the lens is. the effect is always there whereas i can not minimize its effect. also i thought the lens would be more pancake Not extended. i wanted simple, i have none of that. the last thing is how cheap feeling the front pice feels. its actually not "simple" to use quickly. the front piece feels like a bad chinese knockoff. i still will use it but will most likely be my last lensbaby
