The presentation of the box was not what I expected. The chocolates arrived completely melted, and the selection did not feel balanced there were too many candies and not enough chocolates or cookies. Considering the price, I expected better presentation, more variety, and greater care when shipping heat-sensitive products. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
