I want to thank the Hollywood Racks team for taking care of consolidating my orders. When I realized that a part in one order was duplicated in another order, they were good enough to remove the duplicate item and consolidate the rest of the two orders into one.

Bike cable replacement

The bike cable lock from the bike rack I purchased in May 2025. I contacted Hollywood Racks of the failure and they replaced it at no charge without any questions.
