Bottle not full, but great product

We have purchased and used this item repeatedly. Unfortunately, this time the bottle was way below being full. Have not had that issue with past purchases. We imagine it was likely an unknown error. The product itself is great. We put a few drops on dryer balls we purchased at Thistle Farms. Makes our sheets smell great.
