After returning a chintzy Amazon alternative, I bought the Xpand Gravity Belt for my son, a competitive junior tennis player. The difference in quality is night and day! He’s recovering from a shoulder injury, so we’ve used it strictly for lower-body work, and his speed, balance, and change of direction have visibly improved in a short amount of time. It fits securely without any awkward pulling or constant readjustments we experienced with the lesser model. To my pleasant surprise, it also included the long elastic fence tether, despite other reviews saying otherwise. Excellent durability and highly recommended!
