It was great would buy again

I never received my package, even though I regularly receive UPS and Fedex packages and live in a building with 24h reception/front desk/concierge service. When contacted Nutty Novelties, received simply a reply saying that they cannot do much about it, since “porch pirates are a real thing”, they could only offer me some discount. If I would still not be satisfied, I could complain to UPS. It was the most dismissive and unapologetic posture I’ve ever seen after spending money ordering something.
