I never thought I would like a cigar scent, but 1776 has become my favorite shaving soap and aftershave. If there was a cologne, I’d buy that too!!

This 1776 is a quality shaving soap. It provides a wonderful shaving cushion. The container pour makes it easy to work up a very nice thick lather. The scent is pleasant but not overstated. Honestly I thought I had clicked on Voyager but other than scent profile of Voyager this is the same. If you haven’t tried long rifle soaps do yourself a favor and buy some. If you’re on the fence about which scent you want… hint try the hand soap samples. I have a few shaving soaps from Long Rifle and I work them into rotation regularly and love it when I use them.
