Convoy C8 Adventure Pro Package

No product and no support.

When you purchase an item that clearly indicates that it can be shipped to Canada, the expectation is that the company knows the shipping regulations. Unfortunately, my order was returned to the company on September 17, 2026. I feel a reputable company would have contacted me immediately to resolve the issue. Unfortunately that did not happen and failing no response to three emails and a form submission through the website, it is clear to me that the matter will have to be resolved through other avenues. Extremely disappointed as I truly thought this company was trustworthy and honourable.

Great package, flashlight and holster well made and good quality. The safety goggles and of course the yooperlites. The double pack of batteries were included as well. Now i just need to get my feet in gear and head that way for some excitement.

Product description notes "2 premium Yooperlites included " - only one was provided. Seller contacted; no response.
