Insulated Packaging

The insulated package included items from the order that did not need to be insulated. Because of this, there was not enough insulation (cold packs) to prevent the bars from melting.

You missed the mark

First order was picked incorrectly so you sent a replacement order. Replacement order arrived in insulated box but had no ice packs so really didn’t do anything.

Ice pack needs improvement ! They leaked and some of the boxes of products were wet up delivery . Product arrived ok but this method needs better packaging.
