I looked at many protein powders based on my needs and came across this one, so I thought I'd try it out. Then when I told my specialist, she said that's the one she also recommends to her patients. She could have saved me the research! It's a great product in milk or in water. I use it every day. Perfect Top Up Protien
This dissolves easy for adding into oats in the morning. It has been a great find to help balance out my breakfast to hit my protein macros and no synthetic tastes which is a great, otherwise I wouldn't use it.
