Great for gut support and recovery I’ve been using Precision L-Glutamine mainly for gut health, with recovery as an added bonus, and it has been a great addition to my daily routine. It mixes easily, is simple to drink, and is very easy to add into water or a post-workout shake. I like that glutamine supports the gut lining, digestion and overall gut function, which is the main reason I added it in. I’ve noticed I feel better using it consistently, especially alongside training and a busy routine. Great quality product, easy to use, and something I’ll keep buying.
