Base Kit arrived in good time and I like the product. Problem I had is no hardware was included, I had to go to Lowe’s and buy my own. Levels were also missing but I don’t care about that. I sent Pioneer an email and also a chat form to let them know about the hardware missing and I did not receive a reply.
