Grind adjustment maybe too sensitive

The grinder came well packed and arrived in good condition. It’s a nice size, much smaller and quieter than the large Nuova Simonelli grinder that it replaces. Activating the grinder by just pressing the portafilter against the switch is a nice feature and works well - maybe requires a little more pressure than I’d prefer. Dialing in the grinder has been a bit of a challenge - moving the grind 1 click finer from a grind that produces a too fast flow rate from our Silvia Pro X, even with a hard tamp, then produces a flow rate that requires a very light tamp to yield an adequately fast flow rate.

Gets the Job Done Well

This grinder is so much better than my previous one. Everything is stainless steel, you can hear how well it's built when the coffee is ground. So much better than my previous coffee grinder which was mostly cheap plastic. It looks amazing next to my profitec espresso machine. It's great for the mid range price range. You really don't need fancy timers or displays and this machine proves that.
