Still find the left and right side of the pillow too high. And one thing i realize is that when i turn side ways to sleep, my head naturally remains at the center portion of the pillow. And because the sides are higher then the center, its harder to turn and move my head up. The sinked in cushion specifically made for the ear to feel less painful didn't really help much, could not feel it honestly and my ear still hurts after some time. The neck cushion (bolster shape) inside gets moved/flatten pretty quickly.

Design wise excellent but the top cover that was able to detach by velcro not so firm as after awhile it detach by itself as your head was resting and turning which make the cloth not in the right position. Other than that, great support.
