This took a few seconds to level a scope compared to 30 minutes using bubble levels. It is spot on. It will not work for leveling low mounted scopes as you need room to get the jack under the scope. I actually releveled a scope that I thought was level before using the bubble levels. Found out it wasn't by using the jack. Highly recommend!

It's a very intuitive tool to use. Loosen rings, stick jack in, touch bottom of scope, hold in place, tighten. Only thing I wish it had was a truly flat part that contacts the scope to it's fully level. Lol

Usually use the two level approach - one on the bareel and one on the scope/base. That works well, but takes a little time - this scope jack thingy speeds up the process. Just affix it to the rail, tighten and the then lift a scope (loose in the rings). The jack orients the scope parallel to the rail...then you sequentially tighten the ring screws while keeping the jack firmly against the bottom of the scope adjustment housing. Do this until the screws are to torque specs and you're done. With low rings you'll need to remove the nut that holds the jack in place, but this is simple to do. Works well.
