Great for focusing on sound

Once I got used to having them in I found it was easier to focus on sounds and it felt like other noises were less distracting when I was working on music. A must have if you get easily overstimulated or distracted by small noises and need help focusing, and you hardly notice them in your ears.

Cat loved them!

I wore them to a children's school assembly (music that was too loud combined with hundreds of people talking and yelling at the same time) and they did nothing. Due to the nature of being sensory sensitive, I found them very itchy and uncomfortable to get used to which added more to the sensory overload rather than helping. They may have made a slight, very subtle difference to every day noise and I would have liked to find out if I could have gotten past feeling itchy to see if they helped with coping in class, however, after only a couple of days I took them out briefly at home and my silly cat chewed them up. Hot tip: don't leave them out for even a second around pets /facepalm.
