Combination stone review
Sharpened all the knives I bought in Japan with this combination stone and they brought the edge back nicely. 1000 took awhile I would recommend a rough grit first but they are fantastic maintenance purchase

This was a great deal for a great product. Used it in on my Tsukiji Masamoto , gyoto and usoba knives just to touch them up a little and they are back to orinal sharpness. Can't go wrong !

Great combo of softness on the knife without significant dishing of the stone. I literally don’t know how I was sharpening before without this combo stone!
