I keep this one on my dining room table. It is the perfect oil to drizzle on meat, veggies, and especially avocado toast with blue cheese. Really anything that is on my plate.

A Well Balanced Olive Oil

I tried Alive last night for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations! I’ve tried other premium olive oils as well as those that “ranked #1” in multiple articles and reviews.only to be disappointed. I have a go to olive oil from Greece that I love, but this oil from Brightland is very smooth, while being flavorful. Being it was the first time trying it, I simply used it for dipping with fresh French bread. I can’t wait to use it for Caprese salad! I highly recommend trying this oil!
