Love them but. . .

I received 2 / 8oz sippy cups for my twin grandkids. Love how it keeps liquids cold and liquids not steeping in plastics!! But have only used a handful of times and the seal on one of them is not sealing correctly. Grandson keeps bringing it to me saying its leaking. I looked at the seal and its got a section thats folded and i cant correct it. I would need a whole new seal. If you could send me one, i will try to fix it.
