Works great
Worked as intended! Fixed my Rocket Apartamento. Extremely pleased with the quick turnaround on this and grateful to be able to fix my beloved coffee machine. Thanks!!

Defective part out of the box
As title states, out of the box defective. Company will not back up its product. Even after advice of tech at the shop. Will spread the word about seriously lacking and unprofessional service. Disappointing.
