Jerky orders

The orders arrived within a few days for Christmas gifts. Both parties were pleased to receive the jerky.

I sent my son the jerky basket/bundle for a Halloween treat. It took quite bit longer than advertised, and was not there in time for Halloween. Once he did get it, though, he loved it and went through it in a very short time.

Used the elk sirloin for a recipe for elk and huckleberry stew, a recipe from a ski area cookbook. It was wonderful.
