Inspiring Meat!!!

Excellent quality - the kind of quality that made me want to raise my cheffing skills. It’s obvious from when you first open the sealed package of fresh, not frozen, dry aged steaks. The delicious looking meat is packaged in such a way that you could do su vie directly and then sear it. I chose to do a reverse sear: 3.5 minutes each side, 2 minutes on the side sides, and then into the oven for a full 10 minutes because it was so thick. Man, was it juicy and beautiful - but my guesses is that it was the steak, not the cook.

Can't go wrong: 1 porterhouse, 2 ribeyes, 2 NY strips. I'm not a fan of filets so I usually skip the biggest box option. You still make off like a bandit with the prime exchange rate in the metro area. Combine with a burger pack and you'll be the star of the cookout.

Disappointing Customer Service

Purchase was a birthday gift. Included a message when order was placed. Package arrived without message. Then I emailed to let you know and no one responded. I won’t be ordering from you again.
