Customer service was abysmal and the order was eventually processed for 2 weeks and didn’t arrive until over a month later. When I reached out there was a 72hr delay in response. During that delay a shipping label was finally created, then after it was finally picked up/ dropped off for shipping I get an email from your CS team stating “we see it’s been shipped”. Cmon guys, the absolute least you could’ve done was a simple email back stating you messed up and dropped the ball instead of playing dumb like nothing happened.
