Seeing some muscle gains!
Hard to be objective so early on in my trial with M omentous Creatine. Never had tried any of this supplement in my long tenure as an athlete (Ironman and triathlon racing, cycling, swimming for over 40 years), but I am now 68 and am seeing muscle wasting more with every passing year.
