Good for other things just not what we needed

This chair fits my 2 year old perfectly but the back of the seat is bit too small for my 5 year old. I bought it for him to sit in and read when he wakes up in the morning, but it’s too loud for that because it makes noise every time he moves and he shares a room with his brother who is still asleep. It just didn’t fit with what we were hoping for.

Horrible Experience!

I received a chair that was a little too small for my child to grow into. I asked to return to purchase the next size larger. It was going to cost $63 to return (in the same box) when it only cost $10 to be shipped to me! My total original purchase only $42, I'm going to be in the hole before I even purchase the next size up! Customer care was LESS then helpful with ZERO other solutions. I can't be only the only one who has had this happen before! I would strongly suggest re-evaluating your "policy" and consider the customer care you provide!

Love them all and the two small ones were a huge hit with my grandchildren on Christmas morning! (They’ve already made the boxes into castles as well!) So cute and well made and adorable looking. I love my larger black one also. I worried it would be too small but I loved the covering material better than the larger one (and the price was so affordable also) so I just decided to go for it! It fits me perfectly. I’m around 5’3” but I think it could fit a larger frame also. Thank you big Joe for delighting all of us with the quality and style and comfort of our chairs. I bought them on a whim after looking at all of the reviews and pix on your site. I just kept going back and trying to decide and finally I went for it. So glad I did! They arrived so quickly! Faster than predicted by your shipping dates and in perfect condition. Exceeding my expectations in every way thus far!
