This is a smooth, cocoa-noted black tea that I enjoy drinking breakfast style: with some milk and sugar. I got no bitterness from the plain tea itself, but integer my morning cups with the sugar and milk added even more than drinking it plain. I appreciate the freshness and the package sizes this company offers, so you can try out different teas to see what you like.

A lovely black. It did not become tannic when I walked away and accidentally let it steep too long, which is a definite plus for me when I buy a tea. I prefer Embassy Blend because it has more layers of flavor that I prefer, but I am very happy with Driskill. I feel it is unfair to dock it a star based on personal taste, because I have made many cups of this, and it has been a reliable, consistent, and good-quality mug to start my early work mornings.
