You need to apply them for a week or more, but I do see noticeable improvements in the dark spots I get from acne.

Will continue to use

I haven't had much luck with several dark spot treatments for post-acne marks. These patches work, but they take a bit of time. If you have stubborn hyperpigmentation, though, I wouldn't expect a drastic change in a few days (YMMV, though).
