In addition to being delicious, organic sprouted macadamia butter is the lowest option for consumers who are keeping an eye on oxalates. This nut butter used to be thicker when refrigerated. The jar I just opened is almost as thin as the walnut butter. This limits the ways it can be used.

The Macadamia Butter is AMAZING!!

I love this butter, it's so easy to stir! We like to add sea salt to it, so we stir it for that reason. But it doesn't HAVE to be stirred if you don't want to. It doesn't have a layer of oil on top like some store-bought butters.
