I paid $40 for EXPEDITED shipping and my order was VERY LATE. I emailed the company and they NEVER RESPONDED to my email. The drawstring on the pants I ordered SNAPPED in half while I was wearing the pants and I ordered the correct size. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER. I wouldn’t shop with this company ever again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and Essentially ROBBED ME ON SHIPPING by not EXPEDITING my PAID POSTAGE. They’re a ONE AND DONE as far as I’m concerned. The quality of every single piece that I ordered was sub standard and under sized even though I ordered the correct sizes according to THEIR size charts. If I could give East Essence NO STARS, I would. No generic company follow up response needed. First impressions are very important in business and I was not expecting to be ROBBED for Postage or have my emails IGNORED. If it sounds like I’m UPSET, DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED with East Essence, you’d be correct. Never Again..
