Quattro V1

Great proactive customer serivde. The company reached out to me before my product arrived and informed me that they discovered an issue with the warehouse stock, and if the item I ordered had the same issue, they would replace it. It did have the same issue, and they promptly sent a replacement! I received the V2 as a replacement and its amazing.

The V1 is such a good pen case, I tried the V2 and I just keep buying more and more V1s!
