Warm, comfy, and a great design. This hat is robust compared to the many misc. beanies in my house. Snug even on my small head! I'm thrilled with it. Bonus: had delivery weirdness on my end (resolved itself, fortunately). Customer service was SO cool about the whole thing and quick, too. Thanks!
