Top notch customer service. Great plants.

I have ordered several plants from APF in the past and they have always been stellar quality and well-packed/shipped. On this order, there was a notable quality control slip-up and they made it more than right without my asking for anything. I did point out the quality issue, but did not request anything. I was just notifying them so that they would know. They immediately shipped a replacement without hesitation, which I only found out due to the shipping notification. Everyone has their days, especially during the holidays. I wouldn't hesitate to use APF for any plant needs.

I can't give a review because I have not received it yet but not your fault. Post office delayed delivery expected Monday now Thursday probably will be dead when I receive them.
