Seems to have eased my night sweats
I originally came to order collagen only but when I came across Maca I was intrigued. I’m 28 yrs old and get terrible night sweats for the week before and into my period. When I saw that this product could be useful in balancing hormones and alleviating night sweats I had to try. I’ve only been using this for a week (in combo with collagen) before my cycle and it seems to have eased them. They’re not completely gone but maybe that will come with longer use and cleaning up my eating. Once I use this for a longer period I’ll know if it actually helps with them. I gave it 4-stars as there is definitely a taste to it that requires some getting used to. I mix it in my coffee, but I drink my coffee black so it’s more noticeable. Recently I tried adding some chai tea and soy milk to my cup that I mix this in and it seems to mask the flavour. Occasionally I have issues with it clumping and not breaking down but I find a cheap electric milk frother/mixer from Amazon helps break it up. All in all, I’m quite happy with this product so far!

Great Product!
I have been using this for a week and I am starting to have more energy. Will definitely be purchasing again. I think I will try to the Maca + Cacao.
