I love the idea of cotton items and seamless but many products I have purchased are not reliable. The tampons break often when you're switching and thin liners get stuck on material and the tear apart making me use my nails to remove residue.

As someone who has never tried any type of menstrual device besides tampons and pads, it was definitely a learning curve but because seconds nature after a few uses. I got both the regular disc and the soft one. The regular can take some getting used to, cause some cramping for an hour or so after insertion. Decided to try the soft type and it was a game changer. Easy insertion and removal.

Finally something that works after having kids

My menstrual cups stopped working after I had my first baby so I’d resigned myself to disposable solutions until someone told me to try a disc instead of a cup. This thing worked! And since it self empties I don’t have to deal with awkward bloody messes in public bathrooms! And I still have Cora liners for lights days so I’m all set and sustainable again!
