Good solution if I get results

Easy to use and turns itself off after 6 minutes. Have been using it daily for about a month, but too early to see results.

I just started using the Capillus Pro But have high expectations for it and have to say the Customer Service is great

Too soon to tell they noticed issues turning unit on

So far I think my hair /scalp feels better so think it’s working. However, from day one, though noticed issues turning the system on, sometimes that on and off button doesn’t engage the unit to turn on which I get nervous about. When I received it, the inside box cardboard was ripped so not sure if it was dropped. I was debating whether I should talk to the warranty team from day one. Sometimes it won’t go on unless I play with it and I keep it charged all the time so I don’t know if there’s a real issue or not, I’m still waiting to see if I need to talk to the warranty department.
