Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner - Black

I bought this because my favorite eyeliner pen was discontinued. I now have a new favorite! I love the weight of this pen. It has heft, like a high end writing pen. The product is bold and matte. And it stays put. So far the pen has had consistent moisture and draws smoothly. I replace the cap after each eye and give it a couple quick shakes.

Works great has a nice glid and very pigment best liquid liner i have ever used the matt color is matting thank you Rare Beauty all the way from Juneau Alaska
