Multi Strain Biotic

Very easy and pleasant to take, just get into the habit first thing in the morning. 1st two photos taken 15/6/26 Biotic started 30/7/26 nearly just 6 weeks. 2nd two photos taken 8/9/26 Definite improvement! : ) Will review again when have been taking the biotic for 3 months.

I started taking this around 3 weeks ago. I have been looking for a good Probiotic to benefit my gut health and skin. I have noticed such a difference already with my stools, sorry but what a difference. Back to "normal" ones where before were very loose for a long time. I take 15ml in medicine measuring cup, I don't mix it in anything just in the cup from the fridge. I'll continue with this, tried others but this one has had such positive results in a short space of time.

Hi! It has helped our family's skin so much and it is three of us using it, myself and my teenagers girls. Have tried other probiotics but not has effective at all.
