No. 12 Flat Top Griddle

They call it a griddle. In a Mexican household it’s called a comal. My abuelitas made fresh tortillas, quesadillas, and sopes. I’m so glad to finally have a comal of our own.

The first day our buckwheat cakes stuck a little but was able to get them loose and finish cooking them. I reseasoned it. Cooked pancakes the second day and it worked fine. It was a great addition to our kitchen.

Love the way it heats up uniformly. I am learning to cook with reduced flame level!
