What can I say - the stone has performed perfectly- I took the advice from the excellent Ooni team member about not turning the stone and it’s worked a treat - dry cleaned with a brush after use and keeping an eye on the temperature- great results!!! Thanks Ooni - as always brilliant customer service 11/10

Excellent Customer Service
Original Ooni Pizza Stone cracked after only a few uses. Ooni Customer Service were very quick to respond and sent a free replacement stone along with detailed instructions and tips to avoid this from happening again. So far, so good! 👌
