Worth the investment

Just wish I purchased the shelf when I got the proofer. Double the square footage and double the fun.

Great for bread bakers

A must have for maintaing sourdough starter and proofing bread where temperature is critical for success. It's compact and folds down easily for stotage. A game changer for me.

Legs are in the way

The old style of the shelf kit used to hang from the sides of the proofer box. This shelf kit sits on the lower rack. My pan no longer fits on the bottom because of the legs. I will need to find a smaller pan to fit on the bottom.
