Great, I like the old version better
The release/lock handles are fine, but since both locks have to be pressed to change height I need a third hand to adjust the height. This mostly a problem when I need to raise the side nearest me; if I want to lower the near side it is ok - it just drops .
The older version on my larger LG ladder is easer because I can unlock one side at a time to free up a hand to hold/ adjust the height. Otherwise it would get 5 stars.

Versatile
Very versatile ladder and lighter than the competition. The locking mechanism is a lot easier to use than on other ladders. Very happy with the purchase.
