Didn’t help at all. Tried at different times of day (including before bed) and different soreness.

Great product

I am really pleased with this product I like that you don’t need to wear gloves and it just rolls on the affected area I have used it in my shoulders knees hips etc. anywhere that hurts Has a pleasant smell not like medicine.

Quite strong and effective but takes a long time to feel dry on the skin.
