EXCELLENT customer service! Solid built product and very, self installer friendly. This will easily enable me to launch and load alone. Before, I had to have a dock at the ramp or my disability didn’t allow me to board, otherwise. Very excited!

Good product

I recently installed the 4-step product with a straight handle on my 2025 tracker trailer. I am happy with the product as it makes getting in and out of the boat a lot easier. The product is really heavy duty and seems like it should last very well. The installation is not exactly difficult, but the design could be improved to make it a little less tricky. I was able to install it myself, but I would advise getting a helper as the parts are a bit heavy because they are so well made and a third hand would be useful when installing the hardware. The holes in the brackets appear to be laser cut and I had to drill out one hole to allow the bolt to fit through. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.
