The mugs arrived swiftly & well packaged. The quality of the mugs is perfect. There was a problem with the personalisation on one mug, which was immediately replaced. Very helpful customer services dept. Would highly recommend.

Great transaction
Ordered the mug to re_lace one that has cracked. Nice touch having the name on the handle too. Highly recommended
