Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

Simple answer. I am very pleased with the flavor it has brought to my baking and taste buds. I had used another brand for years but with the last purchase noticed a difference in the smell and taste results. Thankfully, a neighbor of a friend offered Anthony's as something to try.

I have been buying this cinnamon for a number of years now. I do a lot of baking and the flavor is always fresh and seems to be the right balance I'm looking for. I've tried other cinnamon, but this ceylon cinnamon is my favorite.
