Fab necklace and service

Beautiful piece & brilliant customer service

I purchased this for my best friend's 50th birthday gift (rather loving it myself) and it is really lovely. Item arrived beautifully packaged and quickly. I had a little problem with my order which was rectified quickly and efficiently so I can also couch for excellent customer service. Also bought myself a bangle which is fab.
