Natural Oak Frame

I have ordered 4 products. They were packed in packs of two but without separation between the frames resulting in damage. Very disappointed with the queality of the it even considering that they qere not very expensive. It worths 3 times less what I paid. All dismounted and with scratches in the paints. Half of it is not adequate to mount. Going to request the money back.

The frame came kind of broken and badly put together, and the mat and glass were dirty on the inside
